Product Quotation

Once the design has been finalized, Violto will then source the best possible suppliers for the components required and build a full quotation for manufacture in off shore manufacturing facilities. This will be submitted to the customer for review and will be as competitive as any other quote available but with the assurance that UK support will manage the project from concept to grave.

Tooling quotation

Violto will supply fully detailed Tooling quotations to ensure the customer knows the complete investment required to produce there product. All tooling will be manufactured at our offshore facilities to ensure the lowest possible prices yet still ensuring on the best quality.

Customer Approvals

It is very important to all of us at Violto, to ensure the customer is getting exactly what they want, so with approval procedure all along the way ensures that everyone is working to the goal of our customer.

Tooling Manufacture

Tooling is manufactured off shore to ensure the best possible price yet not compromising on quality so Violto can get the most from our customers Capital investment.

Initial Sample Approval

Once the tooling has been manufactured, samples are sent to the UK to be fully checked by both the Violto Project engineering team and also the customer to ensure everyone is happy with the quality of work being produced.

Pre-Production Run

Before venturing onto any sizable volumes of manufacture, Violto will complete a pre-production run of lower volumes with UK engineers overseeing the process to iron out any manufacturing issues that may arise in mass production.

On-Site Trouble Shooting

Violto prides itself on the fact they are in a position to offer there skills and experience immediately to resolve any manufacturing issues that may arise, without the need to bother the customer unless absolutely necessary.

On-Site Inspection

Once the order is readied for inspection and final inspection procedure is carried out on the shipment by a Violto engineer. This inspection procedure will be created jointly between Violto and the Customer to ensure the shipment is exactly the quality expected by our customer.

Shipment

Shipment is handled by one of Violto’s trusted handling partners, who will ensure safe and on time pick up and delivery to our customers door.
