Initial Briefing

Violto will either send a project manager along with an engineer to your site or invite you along to our design office based in Farnsfield, Nottingham. We will discuss your needs and gain a full understand of the concept in order to produce a tailored design brief with you.

Design Quotation

Once we have agreed a brief, you will be supplied with a quote for all the required design aspects and you will be asked to choose which level of design you feel best suits your requirements.

Design Concepts

With some of the best product designers within the UK, we will produce a range of concept drawings for you the customer to look at and choose from. We at Violto actively encourage our customers to be involved with the process to ensure the best possible design is ultimately reached and with our full attention at all times on real world practicalities.

3D CAD Design

Violto engineers are trained in several 3D CAD programs and they will produce working designs of the concept that you have chosen. On request, we will provide 3D CAD files for our customers’ future reference.

Electronics Design

Violto specializes in Electronics design and manufacture. With some of the best UK electronic engineers within the company we can design bi-spoke electronics and help with securing Intellectual Property rights.

Prototyping

Violto offers rapid prototyping and prototype builds so that you will be able to see and test your product in its full form. This is the most prudent and recommended phase before designs are submitted toward manufacturing. This way we will be able to guarantee that you will get exactly what is required.
